Emergency Diesel Engines Questionnaire
Login to Complyrs and navigate to the Program Questionnaires.
Select “Activate” on the Emergency Diesel Engines program.
Select “Guide Me” on the Emergency Diesel Engines program page.
Answer the questions.
Question: Does the facility own or operate an emergency diesel engine with a BHP rating of 50 or greater?
If you answer “Yes”, additional questions will appear.
If available provide program permit expiration date.
If you answer “Yes” to the first question, you will be given the option to provide to provide a permit expiration date for your Emergency Diesel Engine permit. If it is not available, select the “Date is not available” option.
If available the last date annual maintenance was conducted.
If you answer “Yes” to the first question, you will be given the option to provide to provide the date annual maintenance was last conducted. If it is not available, select the “Requirement has not been completed before” option.
Press the “Generate Tasks” button.

If you select “View Facility Tasks” you will go to the “Facility” page, where you can review the new Emergency Diesel Engines program tasks. If you select “View All Tasks” you will be taken to the “Task” page and all tasks for all facilities will be displayed.
